The building sits behind the 'Old Dame of Threadneedle Street', the Bank Of England, and up until 2003 the London Stock Exchange were the main occupants. In 2007/8 the building underwent a major refurbishment and Category A Fit?Out, the refurbishment included increasing the available floor space on each level outwards, a major undertaking! 125 Old Broad Street will provide approximately 30,250 sq m (327,000sq ft) of offices and 600 sq m (6,500 sq ft) of retail space over 26 floors
Greyflex, working for TAC Satchwell, were awarded the contract for the complete installation of the Fire Alarm, Public Address & Voice Annunciation (PA/VA), Disabled Persons Refuge, Fire Telephone and Disabled Toilet Alarm Systems, along with all associated networks.
